Pains aux raisins .... ma réalisation la plus folle....
Cher rare mais attentif public, Tataiza n'a pas totalement abandonné la cuisine au profit d'hasardeuses actions d'éducation populaire.... non non ....
Ces temps ci ... le four marche même 24/24 .... j'ai la folle passion de la boulange !!!! j'ai testé plein de trucs de chez Anne (pain à la semoule, brioche, pain à l'ancienne, fougasses (ici et là ....) ) d'autres trucs ailleurs (pain viennois au chocolat , pain complet au levain..) sans compter le reste de mes essais culinaires (salés entre autres).
Mais bon, que publier ??? les temps ont changé mes bons amis depuis mes débuts hésitants dans la blogosphère, ces dames et messieurs sont maintenants nombreux et à quoi bon gloser sur tel ou tel essai si il n'y a rien à apporter ???? nous mangeons donc tout ça en nous régalant... et hop !!!
Mais ma dernière réalisation me semble valoir le coup. D'une part parce que c'est à peut près le truc le plus délicat (mais suis pas très douée faut dire) qu'il m'ait été donné de réaliser... d'autre part parce que j'ai trouvé la recette sur un site extraordinaire qui ne me semble pas très connu (mais je peux me tromper).
En attendant je voulais vous faire partager ma découverte des éblouissantes réalisations de Flore, qui m'empèchent de dormir tant elles m'inspirent .... Mes prochains essais : les entremets époustoufflants !!!!
Pour revenir aux pains aux raisins, j'ai suivi très scrupuleusement sa (très précise) recette.... et je les ai trouvés supers !!!!
Peut-être faut-il un poil plus de crème patissière ????? j'ai mis 250 g de raisins également, ce qui était juste bien. J'ai aussi rallongé un peu le temps de cuisson....
A celles qui veulent se lancer : ça parait compliqué mais ça se déroule sans encombre.... attention à la découpe délicate, il faut utiliser une lame bien aiguisée et "scier" la pâte, et surtout ne pas l'écraser.
